We send a simple questionnaire for you to look through and fill in. To help us bring your kitchen
vision to life, we want to know what you love so tell us:

Your favourite kitchen style and colour
The finish you prefer (matt or gloss)
Type of door (slab, handleless, shaker, inframe)
Worktop colour and style (laminate or solid like granite, quartz or wood)
Appliances to be included (freestanding or integrated)
Any other items to be included (such as boiler or table and chairs)

Zoom or phone call

We arrange a Zoom or phone call to talk through your needs. This is where you can ask us any
questions and we help you give us the information we need to create your design.

Connect via Whatsapp

(Optional) We connect via Whatsapp chat so you can share any inspiration photos or videos you may have.

Invoive

We send you an invoice to be paid by bank transfer.

Design feedback

We put together your initial design and ask for your feedback.

Why should I pay for a design from an independent kitchen designer?

As an independent kitchen designer we aren’t tied to a company or its products so we always give an
unbiased opinion on what will work best in your space. When you pay for our design service we aim
to design your perfect kitchen – not sell you one.

What is your turnaround time for designs?

It’s generally 7 to 10 working days but if you need it sooner then we do offer a express delivery add on.

What counts as a revision?

A revision is a small change to the layout such as changing a cupboard to drawers, or a change to the finishes such as changing a worktop colour or handle style.

Can you come to my home to measure for my new kitchen?

We offer a site measuring service for an additional fee, depending on your location. Contact us for more details

Can you order my kitchen for me?

We don’t order or sell kitchens. We are a kitchen design service only.
